This makes us very happy because all the staff works day after day to get the maximum satisfaction of our Guests. As for your criticism of our position, the hotel Olimpico is located outside the chaos of the town and offers a lot of space and a large private parking; we also have a free shuttle service to Salerno to reach all the main attractions of our region by ferry, train or bus. You then gave a low score regarding the surroundings, but it's not the hotel's fault if the street is dirty or not well maintained or at night there are prostitutes along the way. It is the fault of the administration that does not help us in our reception work. The low rate (3 out of 5) therefore penalizes the hotel although we do our best to ensure a good stay to our guests. But as you have seen we are on the coast of Pontecagnano, where there are many beaches, and we are only 10km from the center of Salerno. We provide a free shuttle for all our guests to the city center every day, which can take you to the central station or to the ports to catch ferries.
