'It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun.
However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for a guide, which was needed to enter the sites and helped us purchase the...

Instructions on checking in was very clear and he notified us when Kīlauea was erupting. Location was convenient to the park and easy drive to and from Hilo. Would love to stay here again.'
