Welcome to La Sort Llarga, a cosy country house located in a rural and peaceful setting in Pollença, ideal for enjoying unforgettable holidays with family or friends. With an area of 240 m² on a single level, this villa combines comfort, Mallorcan tradition and all the modern amenities you need.



Interiors



The house features a spacious and bright living-dining area with a rustic style, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, large fridge, and an osmosis system for drinking water, for added convenience.



It has 3 double bedrooms:



1 bedroom with a double bed.



2 bedrooms with two single beds each.



Two of the rooms have air conditioning and all are equipped with Smart TV. The accommodation also offers 2 full bathrooms: one inside with a towel rail and another with a shower with external access.



Outdoor areas and swimming pool



The highlight of the house is its private round swimming pool (3.5 m x 3.5 m, maximum depth of 1.5 m), ideal for cooling off and enjoying in a natural setting, especially for the little ones. Outside, you will find a covered parking space for 2 cars.



The spacious furnished terrace is perfect for outdoor meals and dinners. It features a barbecue with its own refrigerator and a relaxation area with sofas to enjoy long Mediterranean nights.

Located in Pollença, one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, full of history, culture and tradition. You can stroll through its picturesque streets, visit the famous Mount Calvary and enjoy local cuisine in unique restaurants.



The nearest beaches are:



Puerto Pollensa Beach (fine sand and crystal-clear water).



Formentor Beach, a heavenly corner.



Cala Sant Vicent, with turquoise water and surrounded by nature.



Moreover, the area is ideal for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers, and golfers.

Deposit: £200 (from which electricity consumption at £0.35/kWh will be deducted).
