Pinos Altos 06 (T1) - Jazmine, Cala Sant Vicenç

The Pinos Altos complex is located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente, one of Mallorca's most popular spots. Separated from Puerto Pollença by the mountains of the renowned Serra de Tramuntana range, Cala San Vicente lies in a small valley sheltered by a pine forest that extends almost to its sandy beaches, crowned by the fantastic views offered by Cavall Bernat, a sheer mountain that plunges several kilometers into the sea.



Cala San Vicente is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful holiday. There are a few shops, bars, restaurants, hotels and a medical center clustered around its two small bays, separated by a rocky promontory.



As if that weren't enough, just over five minutes away by car you can reach Puerto Pollença, as well as the old and beautiful town of Pollença.



Pinos Altos is located in this area, nestled among tall pine trees from which it takes its name. It's an excellent choice for families with young children, as well as couples simply looking to relax. The beach is within walking distance of the complex, and there's a bus stop nearby.



From the reception you can access the three different types of apartments that make up the complex, as well as the pool area. The main characteristics of each of the three types of apartments are detailed below:



• Type 1 apartments consist of one double bedroom but can accommodate up to four people, as there are two sofa beds in the living room. There are eight Type 1 apartments, all located in the main building. These apartments are numbers 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12. These apartments have air conditioning in the bedroom and are available from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



• Type 2 apartments consist of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, but can accommodate up to 5 people, as there are two sofa beds in the living room. There are 4 Type 2 apartments, all located in the main building. These apartments are numbers 2, 3, 10, and 11. These apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms and with restricted hours, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.



• Type 3 apartments consist of two double bedrooms, but can accommodate up to 6 people, as there are two sofa beds in the living room. There are 4 Type 3 apartments, all located in the annex building. These are apartments numbered 13, 14, 15, and 16. Only these apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms and no time restrictions apply.



All type 1 and 2 apartments feature a living/dining room with satellite TV, and a kitchen with microwave, electric hob and fridge freezer. Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit, and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool).



Type 3 apartments consist of a living/dining room with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer. Each room has air conditioning with no time restrictions, and all apartments have a furnished balcony/terrace (two of them overlooking the pool).



The pool has a separate section for children and is located on a very spacious terrace.



Finally, it is worth mentioning that there are communal washing machines and a place equipped to store up to 20 bicycles.
