Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything. There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate). 'Excellent property…fantastic rooms with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would benefit from numbered parking for each room, as people seem to just park where it’s convenient making getting cars in and out quite difficult. Requires better air con as we were there on 42 degree days and the air con struggled!! '

'Prima verblijf voor een aantal nachten. Vooraf inchecken en een kamersleutel krijgen is niet aan te raden. Ging bij ons mis en moesten de fysieke kamersleutel ophalen in een ander hotel. Kamers waren zeer gedateerd en versleten. Verder hele leuke omgeving met als hoogtepunt een wijnproeverij bij Oakvale. Voor $10 per persoon krijg je een stuk of 8 wijnen te proeven. Restaurant bij het hotel is super gezellig!'

'On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. Rooms were not serviced.For $1,000 for two nights, it was definitely not worth the money and would say, was the worst place we’ve stayed in Pokolbin. Very...
