'I was there in Pokhara for a trek in Annapurna region. The hotel reception staff helped us tremendously by keeping our extra luggage in the storeroom a week before our Check-in date. They also helped us in allowing a day in advance check-in to one of the rooms. They helped and guided us, I shall surely book this hotel when I am back in pokhra in 2019.'

'It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel. '
