"Wonderful helpful staff. The facility itself is huge. Few public spaces or gatherings spaces. Difficult to find the way. Example: Directional signs for the front desk, pool, breakfast area. It’s very easy to get turned around inside the hallways. We did our best to help others."

Beautiful house and setting.
"Our whole group (ages 5-61) enjoyed being at BBI Lake Effect Lodge. Beautiful, spacious, log home in a stunning location. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and water along the sand bar. Great fishing off the dock. Nice lakeside fire pit and plenty of seating available. 100% recommend."
