« Karl was such a supportive and responsive host. We had a lot of questions and had never been to the area, but we were comfortable and always got the response we needed. The condo is clean, welcoming, and super well situated. It is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with kids, and not even 5 minutes to the beach. Just the best. »

« This condo was an amazing find! Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and beaches but a nice quiet area if you wanted to get away and relax. Our family had a great stay. The Condo had all the amenities you needed and the pool was clean and relaxing. Host was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay again. »

« This apt was very clean and comfortable. We are a group of 5 adult family members who previously resided in New Jersey. We always go back every July for the tomatoes and sweet Jersey corn. This place has a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The check in was flawless and the host was fast at communicating. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back here next year! »

« Would absolutely stay here again. Place was exactly as described in the listing. For myself and my two kids (11 y/o and 7 y/o), size of the place was just right. Proximity to beach is a game changer. And since it’s a bit north of the main boardwalk “action,” pretty quiet. Just perfect with how close it is to everything and can’t beat your own designated parking spot! »

A block and a half from the beach—you can’t go wrong. The host, Kathryn, was also very responsive and quick to correspond. We had an appliance issue and Kathryn had it taken care of immediately. « Perfect »

« Upstairs apt, clean, well kept and pet friendly with off street parking. Rooms have ceiling fans and small ac units which keeps everyone cool. Cute and functional, not fancy, in a good location. Host was very helpful and thoughtful We had a great weekend »
