« Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. I'd definitely recommend for your stay at the outer banks. »

« Unit not very clean.. windows very dirty and deck and table covered with bugs, bird poop and spider webs. Dog poop at base of stairs.. very utilitarian unit. Bed comfortable but everything else very dated. Communication with host was good and prompt. I did not communicate disappointment at time of check in but we did leave early. Refund for early check out not granted. »

« This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. « We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and hot tub was perfect in the evenings. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. This was a luxury rental! We could have stayed for weeks! We’ll definitely be back if we come to OBX again. »
