This cozy home located in the award winning Lake Naomi community sleeps 6 comfortably. Perfect for skiers—close to local ski attractions. View the lake through the floor to ceiling windows in our main living room/dining room. All of this in a wooded setting with private lake access. Warm up at our propane fireplace with a beautiful stone mantel. There’s a large rear deck overlooking the lake.

Please note: We use Saturday to Saturday check in only from June through August.
Similar to many Pocono homes, no air conditioning is available at this property.

Location and Attractions:
Property is two hours or less from New York City and Philadelphia. It is 6 minutes to I-380 and convenient to I-80 and I-476.
Only 15 minutes to Jack Frost and Camelback ski resorts, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, and Kalahari Resort and less than 20 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.
The property is less than a mile from the Jubilee family restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pets
Pets are welcome. Guests may find it convenient to allow their pet on the rear deck, as the wood rails are lined with mesh, and there is a latching gate.

Rooms
There is an open first floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen in one large area. This includes a TV with basic cable, fireplace and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a picturesque window seat and large walk-in closet along with a new mattress (February 2022).
The downstairs bathroom has a shower and other necessary bathroom amenities.
A loft overlooks the living room and fireplace. The loft has a sofa and pull-out bed.
The lakeview bedroom has a large window for viewing and a closet.
The upstairs bathroom has the necessary bathroom amenities and a combination tub and shower.
The front upstairs bedroom has a window seat cubby and large walk-in closet along with a new mattress (February 2022).
Cleaning
A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged per stay.
