All Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees must be paid separately online **at least 1 day prior to arrival**:



💳 **Temporary Membership** (children under 6 free)

- 🌞 In Season (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week

- ❄️ Off Season: $2/person/day

🚗 Gate Pass: $20/vehicle/stay

📝 HOA Administration Fee: $20/stay

⏰ HOA Late Fee: $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)



NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.



Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.

Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.

Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.



**TRASH RULES**:

To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.



Please note: This property may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies, as a cat is occasionally present in the home.



**Arrowhead Lake community fees are mandatory in addition to booking costs**

If you cancel your reservation, a $250 cancellation fee applies.
