'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'Everything was wonderful.'

'Below Expectations for a Six-Night Family Stay Review: I would not recommend this hotel. I recently stayed at **SpringHill Suites by Marriott Voorhees Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill** for six nights with my family of seven. Overall, I was not very impressed with the hotel, and I don't think it lived up to my expectations. The room was clean when we arrived, but it was not really suitable for a family of seven. During our entire six-night stay, the bed linens were never changed. Housekeeping was...

'Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location.'

'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! 'Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

'The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled...

'Staff was helpful & very accommodating.'

'The room was a little dated.'
