'As a disabled person, I had a third floor room and the elevator broke. So I had to use the stairwell which has an offensive odor in it. The lever for the shower only about half the water flow from the tub. The water only got lukewarm at best. The toilet would not flush easily. that being said it’s a great location for access to Philly. '
