'Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. 'This is an old Raddsion and it looks like choice hotels took it over. Ran by foreigners. The front entrance was dirty before we walked in, carpets in hallways were filthy, the entrance and bathroom floor were very sticky, carpet in our room was not vacuumed well still had stuff from previous guest and used bar of soap in shower we discovered the next morning, it was hard to find a room anywhere because of baseball tournaments going on otherwise we would have looked for another hotel. 'Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.'

'Left over food in the refrigerator. Property was run down. Pool looked gross. Tv did not work. Most employees could have cared less about customer service.'

'We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants.'
