'Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. 'The bedding smelled like it wasn’t washed with detergent. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The couch looked like it had been rode hard. Wouldn’t even dare sit on it. The room smelled awful as did the entire property!'

'The room was nice and big . The only complaint I got is the microwave the door was broken and water was coming through the windowsill when it rained. And I was told, maintenance was coming multiple times to fix everything.But nobody showed up.'

I would not stay there for free. I wish I could get my money back. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The breakfast was very lacking. For example the yougart was past the expiration, but since they froze it, they put it out to serve the guests. This was the worst experience that I have ever had'

'Stayed a month after moving out of rental and into new home. Good sized room with king-sized bed, 2 desks/tables, 2 office chairs, and recliner. Our 3 cats were comfortable. No problems!'

Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.'
