'Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.'

'Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio.'

'The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain. Toilet seat not on tightly kept moving around and the toilet paper holder kept falling off not on tight. It was funny because one of the owners was there evaluating the hotel and was talking pictures on my floor. Take a look at room 420 and you’ll see what I mean.'

'Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres'

'No hot water / chairs at swimming pool so old that you can’t comfortably sit on them / rude staff / made agreement to reimburse the last 3 days of our trip but now management of the hotel does not return the money corresponding to those nights , although we checked out 3 days earlier as compared to the original reservation '

'Most of the staff was ok. It rained really bad, and my room got flooded. There was no staff at night, so I had 2 clean it myself... on vacation.. on my bday week. I had a friend that could have helped me, but unless they're staying wu, they dont allow them up (I mean really?!) Breakfast was ok, but ur only allowed 2 eggs... I am on a special diet, and I dont eat simple carbs... all i asked 4 was 1 addition egg 4 my omelet. I mean, really?!! I spoke w the manager... and still nothing. So.. I...
