'My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visited during spring break, and I was a bit concerned that it might be crowded or have a loud party atmosphere. Fortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. The resort felt relaxed, and we never encountered any disruptive behavior. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room had been upgraded. It was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchenette along with an in-room washer and dryer was a huge convenience for our family....

'Muy lento el check in, mucha confusión, es muy desesperante y nada ecológico estar firmando recibos todo el tiempo por bebida y comida aunque sea todo incluido. Falta de personal se notaba en muchas áreas. Propiedad en excelentes condiciones, pero poca variedad de comida para desayuno y cena. No es un all inclusive tradicional. No tiene playa. Nunca prendieron el área de niños aunque es verano. Pero de nuevo lugar increíble y vistas maravillosas.'

'You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with...
