It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. 'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. 'Overrated and overpriced. Facility is outdated, staff very cutthroat and unfriendly. They don't tell you about the restaurants schedules or closures. Buffet place service slow employees look unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. Waiters won't even offer drinks at the pool area. One time I had to literally stop a waiter and asked for drinks and she never brought me the drinks. When I checked out they didn't bother asking for any feedback. 'The room was clean and has a beautiful ocean view. The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family.'

'Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron...

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'
