'It is an unbeatable value. Highly recommend bringing a real stroller because there will be a lot of walking. I’m so glad I brought the infant carrier for my 3 year old because he was not having all the walking lol. My five year old rode in the umbrella stroller. I wish I brought our BOB stroller for some rough roads and storage capability. Also recommend bringing bags of poolside snacks and juice boxes because kiddo snacks are not accessible easily. It was a blast, Mexico night was a super fun...

'We spent five nights at Secrets Moxché celebrating our 15th anniversary, and it was a fantastic stay. The resort is stunning, with lush jungle landscaping and some of the best pools we’ve seen. We especially loved the lagoon and cenote pools, plus the Preferred Club rooftop infinity pool.
We stayed in room 2820. It was modern and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a clever Secrets Box for room-service deliveries. Food and service were exceptional, among the best we’ve experienced at a...

' Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. '

'We stayed for 10 nights. The maids were exceptional. They work hard and made sure we had everything we required in our room. Our Tommy was spotless everyday! The concierge employee was miserable & rude. The desk employee gave little information. You’re treated good by the staff on the property until you refuse your welcome gift/ turn down the offer to become a member. Your snuted upon after the thank you but No Not Interested! In the evening it’s boring. No entertainment at all. The food is the...
