2 BDR 2.5 BATH PENTHOUSE in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Close to shopping (Walmart is 1 block away), restaurants and beaches. Comfortable condo with a full kitchen. Master bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed with semi ensuite bath. Living room has a smart TV. High speed internet throughout. Private Rooftop has large jacuzzi, 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, laundry, lots of shaded seating and a charcoal BBQ. You also have private access from the rooftop to the common rooftop pool which also has comfy couches, lounges, BBQ's and table & chairs. The building has a gym, 24 hour security and an elevator. The condo has an underground parking spot very close to the elevator. Our Property Manager Claudio speaks Spanish and English and is available to help with your stay! You will need to provide photo identification at check-in and the key is in the lock box at the door! All codes and passwords required will be supplied within 3 days of check-in.
We will start you out with a small supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc. then you will need to supply the rest of your stay.
**For stays of 2 weeks or less, utilities are included. For stays longer than 2 weeks, renter will be responsible for utilities. Meters will be read and photos provided at check-in and check-out**
