'Great stay with nice and helpful owners. Tip: in the winter months, air conditioning as heating in the living room is recommended. The master bedroom and toilet show some moisture and mold spots, this needs attention. We had a good time and would love to come back.'

'Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants dont un bébé de 12 mois. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Raquel la propriétaire et son mari. Malgré la barrière de la langue elle nous a parfaitement expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison et les commodités à proximités. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite à l'aise comme chez nous. La maison est propre, Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, des serviettes, draps et la machine a laver était appréciable. La plage est vraiment jolie...

'We stayed here for two weeks with friends. The house is immaculate, even nicer than in the photos and easily the best equipped holiday house we ever stayed at. The kitchen contains everything you need with plenty of cutlery etc. We had no difficulty finding the house and the communication with the owner was great. The neighbour, who comes by to maintain the pool and the garden, was very friendly and let us know we could always contact him or the owner if we needed anything. The house is located...

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'La casa en general está bien, la limpieza era buena, está muy cerca de la playa. Hay una habitación que no tiene aire acondicionado aunque en el anuncio y en el contrato pongan que todas las habitaciones tienen. Le faltaría alguna sombra en el patio. '

"Het hotel ligt pal aan het strand en is redelijk kleinschalig. Interieur is netjes en schoon, maar enigszins gedateerd. Bedden zijn goed. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan prima en het ontbijt-, lunch- en dinerbuffet is uitgebreid, afwisselend en divers. We hebben heerlijk gegeten! Personeel werkt erg hard en is zeer vriendelijk, maar spreken geen of gebrekkig Engels. Tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel en in Playa de Gandia vooral Spanjaarden op leeftijd. Het is geen bruisende badplaats zoals bijv. Marbella. Hierdoor het echte Spaanse strandleven ervaren. We hebben genoten!"
