« Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

« My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the property. Everything was top-notch – cozy furnishings and decor, well equipped kitchen, convenient location to stores like Trader Joe’s and Target as well as the Church Street Marketplace… We were out during the day, but spent the evenings at the house and were able to have great family bonding time just watching tv together and playing the board games provided. « This was a really sweet place - beautifully decorated and well equipped in a charming old house. The location was nearly perfect, within steps of the famed Shelburne General Store and other great shops as well as a coffee shop, wine store/art gallery, grocery store and drug store. « We stayed two nights so our daughter could tour the University of Vermont. The property is unit 4 of a multifamily, but we didn't see or hear anyone else - other than cars in the driveway. Parking is a little tight if you have more than 2 cars, but we didnt have an issue. Don't judge the exterior too harshly if you look at google maps, the interior is well kept and recently renovated. « This accommodation was beautifully clean (thank you!!) and newly updated. It was decorated nicely and had most everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable (firm in the principle bedroom, slightly softer in the bunk bedroom). Just to know: there’s no dishwasher, so expect to hand wash dishes—not terrible at all. « The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back! »

« We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip! »
