'Neither the indoor or outdoor, or even “hot tub” are actually warm! Everything I booked this for was cold and underwhelming. My room was changed three times after waiting beyond 3pm for a room at check in. Again not the staffs fault but the system they use for reservations and accommodations. No amenities or cost deductions were offered to accommodate my family. At one point they gave me a room that didn’t have any of the perks I paid for and still no offer to fix the problem other than for me...
