'Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred. 'The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.'

'We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)'

'AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!'

'Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly. Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability. Not fancy but...
