« Was in town for an athletic event and needed a place to be able to get away and rest/sleep. This property was perfect communication with the host was timely and everything was advertised. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. »

« Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful, better than expected.. had a fenced in yard for our dogs. They let us bring all three dogs, two elder and a small one. The folks where very helpful in keeping us up to date on any problems that needed to be told. We had none.. »

« The property was for the most part as advertised, but could use a good cleaning. The walls, ottoman and shower wasn’t clean, but I used the products there and I packed to tidy up as much as possible. The main house on the property had a child who constantly rung the door bell, so just be aware that the main house guest may have an impact on your stay. Also we could not get the Ybor sign to light up any night if our stay. »

« They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems. »
