We thank you for taking time to write a review about Brisa Oceano. Although we strive 100% of the time for guest satisfaction at times a guest will not appreciate what Brisa offers, as for the issues outlined below:1- at the time you were staying with us we were at 100% Occupancy and glad to say yours is the only negative remark, we failed to achieve our 100%2-we do not provide daily cleaning service as indicated in your welcome package, however per request we happily oblige3- We have 2 internet providers as one cuts off the second kicks in and to our knowledge there was no interruption as our equipment measures internet flow4- The ink stain on the Duvet, sheet and duvet cover is extensive we have pictures of it with slight damage to the mattress, thus we charged less than the cost of replacing theses itemsOur policies are handed out to the guest before and during check-in we appreciate that not all guests are happy with our rules however they are necessary for a sound operation

The resort has been full for the holidays and we have had some reservations for a lesser number of guests than what arrived. We tried accommodating as much as we can, we have also modified the occupancy of our rooms based on new fire codes. We did replace the worn broken sleeper sofas with new sofas.
