Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. The initial response was very quick but it took more than half an hour to swap the room and to proceed. During the mean time, no word or anything for half an hour. Poor communication skills and response. It could be much better than this. Overall, the room was tidy but small.

Een aanrader als je naar Zurich met de auto komt. Met de tram ben je binnen 20 minuten in het centrum.
