Located in scenic Mount Washington, you’ll be within walking distance of the Grandview overlooks and nearby restaurants, with Downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, Acrisure Stadium, and many of the city’s top attractions easily accessible.

The home is arranged across three floors and consists of two self-contained units that are exclusively yours when booking the entire property.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests booking the entire house will have private access to both Unit A and Unit B, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, laundry facilities, the upper deck, rear patio, and front porch. All guest areas are exclusively for your group.

The basement is not available for guest use.

PARKING & GETTING AROUND

Free street parking is available in front of and around the property. Nearby restaurants and the scenic Grandview overlooks can be reached on foot, while having a car is convenient for exploring more of Pittsburgh. Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Mount Washington is known for some of Pittsburgh’s most memorable views. Walk to the Grandview overlooks for sweeping views of Downtown, the rivers, and the city’s iconic bridges, or explore the neighborhood’s popular restaurants and local spots.

Downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, Acrisure Stadium, and many of the city’s major attractions are also easily accessible, making the home a convenient base for sightseeing, sporting events, family trips, and group getaways.

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM
• No basement access
• Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per day
• A signed rental agreement and guest ID verification are required before check-in details can be provided

We respect our guests’ privacy and will leave you to enjoy the home independently. Our team is available through the messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Guest Verification Required: Before arrival, the primary guest must complete the rental agreement and ID verification through our secure third-party portal, SuiteOp, in order to receive check-in instructions.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.

Guests must be 25 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
