'Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. We arrived to the property and immediately were caught off guard with the amount of trash in front of the property (three garbage cans overflowing with trash everywhere). 'My college friends and I stayed at the rowhouse on the last night of a 5-day bike trip from Washington, DC, to Pittsburgh. The host was very accommodating and offered to let us store our bikes on her back porch. The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed with ample room for the six of us. We took an Uber to a great restaurant and brewhouse in a church but could have easily walked 30 minutes over the bridge to the Downtown area. It was a great end to an amazing trip.'

The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. 'Inside was very nice. Not too far from downtown, parking right out front. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the host gave us an incorrect code for check in to get in, and we had to call VRBO so they could call him (he didn’t give his number) and waited 30 mins outside the place before we heard back from him and received a correct code. He was very apologetic though and said that never happened before. '

'we were in for Pitt spring graduation and found this listing late in the game and what a wonderful find. Pictures may be a little confusing on line but it is a two level (stairs connecting inside) with one bedroom taking the bottom floor with its own bathroom, fridge, tv area and the upstairs having the full living/kitchen area, the other 2 bedrooms (one with single bed) and bathroom. it was very clean and had a cool vibe to it. Family who stopped by thought it was a great place as well....
