When the music starts at Pappy & Harriet's, walk over, then walk back to three ensuite bedrooms under a sky full of stars.



The Space:

Heaven's View is a secluded Pioneertown home with boulder views, designed by Tiffany's jewelry designers Yves Kamioner and Michael Baiamonte. Their distinctive aesthetic runs through every room, honoring the desert and the landscape around it. Three bedrooms, two kings and a queen, each have their own ensuite bathroom, with the third in the casita, which opens for bookings of three guests and up. Pappy & Harriet's is close enough to walk, which suits couples traveling together and small groups who want design, quiet and easy access to live music. Dress for dinner, walk to the show, and let the boulders keep watch on the way home.

-Outdoor Amenities-

Boulders surround the home, giving it a secluded feel. Soak in the hot tub, or cool off in one of the two cowboy tubs, which serve as the property's pool; they are cowboy tubs rather than an in-ground pool, and they are unavailable November through March. Stretch out on the sun tanners, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the propane grill for dinner as the light fades over the rocks. The property is not fully fenced.

The interiors are the work of Tiffany's jewelry designers Yves Kamioner and Michael Baiamonte, and their distinctive aesthetic gives the home a gallery-like character that still honors the desert outside. It is a space to slow down, connect with the people you came with and feel inspired.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The fully stocked kitchen has what you need to cook at home, and the propane grill outside handles dinner on warm evenings. Pappy & Harriet's is close by for nights when you would rather go out.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

Heaven's View has three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a king bed. The third bedroom is in the casita, which is available for bookings of 3 guests and up. The listing can accommodate up to 8 guests, but there are only 3 beds on the property, so groups of 8 will need to bring their own air mattress for the additional 2 guests.



-Surrounding Area-

Heaven's View is in Pioneertown, the Old West movie set turned desert destination, with Pappy & Harriet's close enough to walk. La Copine, Joshua Tree National Park and the Integratron are all good outings. Between the live music, the boulders and the night sky, there is plenty to fill the days.

The Neighborhood:

Heaven's View is a secluded home with boulder views in Pioneertown, reached by dirt roads that low-riding cars can manage if taken slowly. There is no cell phone coverage at the property.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.



Heaven's View is reached by dirt roads. Low-riding cars can make it if taken slowly.



Other Things to Note:

-Cowboy Tubs-

The pool at Heaven's View is a pair of cowboy tubs, not an in-ground pool. The cowboy tubs are drained and unavailable for guest use during the winter months (November through March) to prevent the filters from freezing and breaking.



-Guest Count and Beds-

The listing can accommodate up to 8 guests, but there are only 3 beds on the property. If you plan to have 8 guests, please bring your own air mattress for the additional 2 guests. The casita, which has the third bedroom, is available for bookings of 3 guests and up.



-EV Charger-

A charge of $20 per night will be added to your stay for use of the EV charger.



-House-Specific Rules-

► Approved early check-in and late check-out requests are $50 per hour.

► Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.

► Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No external speakers allowed.

► Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered.

► Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it has been serviced, as chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time. Please rinse off oils and lotions before entering, keep the cover on when not in use, and no drinking in the hot tub, please.



-Pool and Hot Tub Service-

The hot tub and cowboy tubs are serviced Tuesdays and Fridays, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.



-Pet Policy-

We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation how many dogs you are bringing. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed due to the owner's severe allergy.

-Wildlife & Safety-

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.



-Security Camera-

For your security, there is an exterior camera located at the driveway, which monitors vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any private areas, including the cowboy tub and hot tub areas.



-No Cell Service-

There is no cell phone coverage at the property. Please download maps and directions before you arrive.



-Damage Waiver Policy-

Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
