'Hotel was great but the bed in my room was very hard, so bad i could not sleep. They did nothing to solve the situation, just said it is like this al’ are the same, not correct, checked the room if my collegue and there was ok. Checked out 1 day early!'

'Stunning property. Very old Casa with recent modern renovations. Unbelievable host who made us an amazing dinner and breakfast. We are hiking the Camino de Santiago and it was our first very, very hot day. The cerveza's were super cold. The galician octopus served at dinner was so yummy. My husband told the host that he "couldn't have dreamed of a better meal." So thankful that we booked here!'

'オウレンセ旧市街の入口にあり、フレンドリーな窓口対応が気持ちいいです。　ホテル時代は古いですが、そこは納得すればいい事です。　ホテル出口すぐそばがタクシースタンドで客待ちのタクシーが居るので駅に戻るのも便利です。　観光に関しても通常公式のインフォメーションを使うのですが、オウレンセはそれが充実していない反面ホテル窓口対応が良くかつ十分でした。'
