« How this hotel got almost almost 8.0 rating is crazy to me. The room we stayed in looked like someone had kicked in the bathroom door - the wood around the frame was splintered and held on with screws. There was no secondary lock on the main door. These are minor repairs that cost very little money that would improve the room dramatically, yet they chose not to do them. I would never stay there again or recommend them. »

« Judging by the way the manager responds, I assume he is trying to cover up just how unsanitary the rooms are; the kitchen is infested with cockroaches, and they crawl all over the room. I suspect the housekeeping staff reuses the same sheets for multiple guests; upon checking in, my bed was covered in hair and stains.
