'I was very grateful to the staff for all their support during the passing of my sister at the Johnson City Medical Center. We were given such care and helpful attention when we needed to coordinate incoming family and for making new reservations. Our room arrangements shifted but anything we needed was there and our rooms were kept clean and comfortable.
