'There is usually a notebook that provides information about the property and there was none here. I couldn't understand how to operate the heating system and could not take the chill off the rental in the morning. We also had difficulty finding the password for the WiFi. Discovered it was upside down in very small print on the router. Also, the living room door screen to the patio was inoperable and we had to exit through the bedroom door. 'We really loved our stay at Lake Montezuma. The house is very nice and has everything you need. If I would be asked to give one advice it would be that the curtains in the bedrooms are to thin to keep out the morning sun. But overall we had a great stay.'

'It was a rocky start. The place had a smell because there was trash in kitchen trash can, beds weren’t completely made and there was dirty linen in laundry.
