'Property is located in a really nice new subdivision developed behind an older one. Location is closer to TWU but just minutes from UNT. Location is awesome to take advantage of night life at trendy, family friendly Denton Downtown Square Home has great layout and is equipped to make your stay comfortable. Coffee bar fully stocked, plenty of towels, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and ladies, a full sized blow dryer provided-Yes!! ;-) Check in nice and easy. Access to garage door...

The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine.'
