Nice apartment
We stayed end of November. Weather was great, Nice apartment with all day sun. Kitchen supplies are limited. One cooking pot didn't function on electric stove, only a big one left. That was the only point to improve, rest was perfect.

Mooi en geriefelijk appartement.
Mooi en gerieflijk appartement, dicht bij het strand. Wanneer men vragen heeft worden deze onmiddellijk beantwoordt door de eigenaar. Goede communicatie.👍 Het is wel aangeraden een auto te huren wanneer men plaatsen wil bezoeken daar meeste voorzieningen toch iets verder weg liggen. Er zijn wel fietsen beschikbaar.

Fabulous.
We stayed here for 4 weeks in December and it was fabulous. The communication with Julien and Lolli was good. The apartment itself is really beautiful, just like the photos. The decoration and furnishings were a very high quality and we had no problems with anything. The apartment is south facing so we had sun on the lovely patio every day. The location couldn't be better, there are a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk and 2 supermarkets nearby too. There are bikes in the apartment, which are in very good condition, we cycled out a few times up to Horadada and to the Mar Menor. We loved staying here and will certainly book to stay here again.

Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Mängeln
Für ältere Gäste nur außerhalb der Ferienzeit empfehlbar, weil Anlage sehr hellhörig ist und Eltern mit Kindern keine Rücksicht auf Ruhe nehmen. Zudem sind Herdtöpfe nicht Induktion geeignet (sie wölben sich bei Hitze) und Filter der Dunstabzugshaube nie gereinigt werden (bei den Kochvorgängen läuft/tropft Fett heraus): Alles klebt!Kleinere Mängel werden sofort beseitigt.

Clean, well equipped property
Good communication with the owner and easy check in and out process with Loli. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Spacious outdoor terrace with sun loungers,table and chairs, overlooking a good sized pool. Very quiet complex with only a handful of other guests. Great location 5 mins from the beach. Restaurants are a short flat walk away behind the beach or 10-15mins in the other direction are a couple of squares with plenty of choice. A choice of supermarkets within walking distance or 5 minute drive to a larger one. Overall a very good value place to stay in a lovely location.

First Class!
Everything was First Class right from Booking right up until the day we checked out!! The communication between myself and the apartment owner was excellent - very prompt at answering any questions, nothing was a problem. A transfer was arranged for us from Alicante airport and I received a Whats app message a couple of days before we travelled and again as soon as we arrived at the airport. A very friendly gentleman picked us up and took us to the apartment complex. A lady (Lolli) was waiting for us with the keys of the apartment and she talked us through everything we needed to know and gave us her contact details in case of any problems. The apartment complex is in a perfect location, less than 10 mins walk to the beach and to the strip where all of the restaurants, shops are. It is very clean, modern and literally had everything that we needed! We had a fabulous family break and loved it so much that we will be back very soon. I have also recommended it to family and friends. Thank you for everything!

Communication with Julien was great any query's ware replied to promptly and he arranged a transfer for us.Nancy picked us up at the airport and contacted Loli for us and waited with us until they arrived with the keys.Loli showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked.The apartment was as described.The location was fantastic as we ware beside the pool which was never very busy also the area was quite and a 10-15 minutes stroll brought you down to the small centre with enough restaurants to keep you happy and a well stocked supermarket you can walk to Pueblo Latino and the next town with more restaurants.Having the use of the bikes was a great way to see the place and cycling very safe.If you could sort out the mattress cover I think the cover was small and very noisy when moving around the bed and the material can make you sweat.This was one of the best Vrbo places if have stayed and would have no hesitation in staying there again and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for great place to stay .

Fin och ren lägenhet nära havet
Allt i lägenheten var mycket bra. Närheten till havet ett stort pluss. Området i sig relativt tomt på folk den här tiden på året - vilket vi visste om. Ganska långt till affärer och restauranger så en bil är att rekommendera om du bre endast skall till havet.

Les restaurants et commerces les plus proches sont à 500 m, il y a déjà pas mal de choix (restaurants, bars, supermarchés). Une voiture peut être un plus si l'on veut avoir plus de possibilités.

Estupendo apartamento
Hemos pasado el mes de agosto y ha sido estupendo. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotografías. Las piscinas perfectas y la playa cerquita, a cinco minutos caminando. Las bicicletas nos han dado mucho juego. La comunicación con el propietario y la persona de contacto ha sido perfecta. Seguro repetiremos.

Lovely apartment
We had a great holiday in this apartment. It is very modern and spotless inside with everything you could need for a great holiday. The apartment has a spacious patio area overlooking the lovely pool . The beach is only a 5 minute walk away with lots of water sports including pedalos, inflatable play area in the sea,canoes etc. Also nearby is a plaza with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great communication with the owners too, Fab holiday !!

Clean Cosy apartment with two communal pools
Apartment was very cosy and clean with good facilitites. There was two different pools, another pool was quite shallow (circa 1m ). This is nice especially for kids who are not so confident in swimming. There was also one side of the pool for small babys. Apatrtment was located in pretty new residental area. Location was quite peaceful. Mil Palmeras "centrum" was about 500m away, and there can be found restaurants and bars. Port and centrum of Torre de la horada was about 1,5 km away. If you have car there was lot of parking space near apartment. Everything went very well with the owners. We had wonderful vacation in this apartment.

Fantastic new build apartment in great location. Close to Mil Palmeiras town and beach.
We enjoyed our stay in this brand new apartment. Five minutes to Mil Palmeiras beach and local restaurants. Great facilities, well furnished, with satellite TV and reliable WiFi. Good communication with owner from time of booking through arrival and during our stay. We look forward to our next visit.
