Getting Around:

This location is hard to beat! 1 Mile from The Parkway and so close to Dollywood that at times you can hear the Steam Engine Train Whistle! Guests have said, ''The cabin is somehow both extremely close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and very quiet and private. The location is perfect - Dollywood parking is less than 10 minutes away, and you can be in Gatlinburg in 15 minutes.'' No steep roads to Navigate, prime location, price, and quality give this 3/2 cabin advantage over most right now. Cabin is in great condition, turn key and ready to rock!



Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you before check-in.



✹ No smoking on-site.



✹ Please run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and clean up any toys and games before checking out.



✹ Failure to follow the rules or check-out instructions will result in a $200 fine.



For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.

Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
