The cabin was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My family of 7 enjoyed the kitchen amenities and some of us took advantage of the hot tub which was clean and inviting. We all enjoyed the 3 decks on the back of the cabin. It was a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Very steep hill but plenty of room to park and turn around. Door code was wrong but got prompt response with new code! Beautiful cabin, needs some repairs but overall in working order. The drainage of the showers and flushing of toilets was very slow but worked . Overall was peaceful and relaxing stay! I would have no problem staying again.

Perfect

My 3 adult children and I stayed for a few days. This cabin was perfect. It allowed us our own area for downtime, but the family room, porch and hot tub is where we spent the majority of our time. The location was close to all the attractions, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location/A Few Suggestions

The location was great. Super close to downtown Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable. The cabin was mostly clean. Could have used a deep clean (for example, the a/c vent on the lower level was very grimy, the carpet on the lower level needed a shampooing). The oven didn’t work at all. It kept flashing a code, which was unfortunate because we prepared food that needed to be baked. There were two toasters. Neither of them worked. The living room furniture on the main floor was extremely uncomfortable. Two of the chairs for the dining area were literal folding chairs and one of those was broken. One of the steps entering the cabin had been recently replaced but didn’t have any non skid material on it resulting in my 18 year old slipping down the stairs. Fortunately, it was him and not my 82 year old mother in law. The right side of the handrail going up seemed partially rotted so we had to assist the older guests to make sure they were safe. Overall, we had a great time.

Exceeded expectations

Great location. Quiet, yet convenient and close to attractions. Property was exactly as presented. Cabin was large and comfortable with separate spaces for children to play and adults to relax. Host was extremely responsive. Replied to a couple of questions quickly and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed the house. It was nice that all 3 floors had an area outside the bedroom to hang out in. The mattresses and pillows need updating. But all in all a nice rental.

We did not spend very much time in the cabin. It was comfortable and a good location for our event. Some of the furnishings were a bit inferior, such as dining table chairs and it needed trash cans in the rooms.The paper products provided were of low quality.

Relaxing!

This location was beyond relaxing. I will say the parking was good and flat. But you had to walk down a hill(small but steep) to get to the cabin. My father-in-law has had knee surgery this year so he hard time with the hill. Other than that 10/10 recommend

The home was beautiful! Area was convenient. Had a few issues it is not handicap friendly. One of the steps going into the home was broken. Hand rail was rotten And unfortunately the kitchen had roaches!! I took pictures and alerted the home owner. He was quick to respond. Once these issues are fixed this home and host will be one of the best places to stay!! We did have a wonderful time.

Nice place to stay!

The cabin was very nice and roomy for our family of 9. The grandkids enjoyed the fooseball and arcade games and the adults enjoyed the extra room to spread out! We enjoyed the hot tub as well, but never got to the pool area! The door entry was a little tricky. It was nice to be so close to places along the parkway. We had a few questions and issues at check-in and during the week that the owner addressed promptly. One suggestion is to have a binder in the cabin with wi-fi information, pool location and map, TV information (all were different), and check-out instructions. Overall, everyone had a nice time and would come back again.

The cabin itself was very cozy with comfy beds. And peaceful at night. The kitchen was fully equipped with all youd need. We we able to access one pool but not the other. No biggie. It was big and it was nice to have so much space. Having 4 porches was also very nice. And the baby gate and high chair available was great.2 parking spots. Cons. Front porch has broken step on left side. A few Of us fell. Not seriously injured. Ants and roaches in the kitchen and mold in the down stairs bath bathroom. But i mean it wasnt horrible and things like that happen, i addressed to the issues to the host he stated he'd handle it and apologized. Main complaint is hot tub was dirty. Half our guests got sick . And only the ones that got it the hut tub. Cryptosporidium is a yucky virus. As my pc explained it can live up to 10 days in chlorinated hot tubs so its important to maintain cleanliness. But its a hot tub enter at your own risk. The host was very kind. He communicated well. All in all id stay again. And recommend others to as well. BUT id skip the hot tub. Lol

Very Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was clean and comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for our needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the check-in process is because we didn't receive the entry code until after check-in time. However, I was able to contact the realtor who manages the property, and she was able to help me right away, so we got in as soon as we arrived. Thank you for providing a very nice place for us.

Spacious great for large families with kids

Great location close to the main strip of Pigeon Forge but far enough you feel relaxed and in nature. Lodge community pool is nice. Not too much traffic going through the community so could walk on the roads safely to get to pool 0.3 mi away if you walk/drive on the roads. Or can cut through a steep hill behind and it’s basically across the street. 3 levels with bedrooms and baths on each level is great for our families to each have more privacy. My older parents only had to do the front porch steps otherwise could stay on the main level. Parking (2 spaces) was close and relatively flat and easily accessible. Hot tub is great and plenty of porch space on all levels and both sides of house. Game room in the loft kept the kids busy. The bunk beds are queens and very sturdy made of logs. Other beds are kings and comfy. Ceiling fans in every room. Lots of space. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to East Tennessee

Beautiful and Spacious

My family and I were so happy with this cabin, it’s beautiful inside and out. Cozy and felt like home away from home. I hope one day we can return and stay longer because I miss it already. Plenty of room for the guests to be together or separate for some alone time after a long day. Location couldn’t be any better, very short drive to the strip in Pigeon Forge.
