'Very helpful staff, and nice place in good location. They arranged for an earlier check in. Could have been a bit cleaner, as felt it hadn't been used in a while. There was also no shampoo or body soap there, but they arranged for some after asking. Overall good though'

'On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again'

'No cumplía con lo que ofrecían por su pagina no había hervidor de Agua, lavadora de ropa, la cama sonaba cuando ibas a dormir, les escribimos y pidieron disculpas pero nunca lo solucionaron, la verdad deberían dejar de ofrecer este alojamiento, van a decepcionar a los clientes el edificio por fuera está en reparación y por dentro está un sucio en la parte del ascensor, decepcionados del departamento'

'Arrival was sooner than planned and the host let us in right away wich is very nice thanks!The house is roomy and has a great view of the lake.The bathroom is nice .The bedroom is good.The kitchen is good enough .A problem was, there is no air-conditioning and no mosquito netting and no fan so I couldn't sleep well the first night, after asking the host we got a fan and mosquito repellent spray which was very nice of the owner. But for sleeping with the windows open was still a problem I bought...
