« Place was clean and spacious. Good for families or 2 couples. Easy to get to and a quiet safe neighborhood. Lock on 1 slider door was broken but yard was gated so was not concerned. Would like to have seen the inner grounds a little better kept. »

« Great service. Clean, nice people. »

« This property is in a very nice gated community, about 15 minutes drive from downtown La Paz, but quite close to the airport. I assume, or suggest, that you have a rental car while visiting La Paz, at least if you want to tour the exquisite beaches. This gated community is very nice, lots of young families, the communal pool area is great for kids, a very nice home base while you're in La Paz. Great home baes while you're in La Paz/ »

« The listing said 4 king beds. There were no king beds. There was ants all over the place in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. »

« When I arrived and observed the rooms were disgusting. They had rat feces, stained sheets, cockroaches and ants in the room. The pool was closed under repair. They had other rooms under construction as well. I checked out and did not stay at the location. »

« Clean, well furnished house that is in a quiet, secure community. Nizar was responsive to all communications. »
