The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. 'All amenities were available. Air conditioning was working well and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with helpful items we needed. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Anna in particular was very helpful and so sweet. She assisted us in getting oriented and directed us when we asked. She was really great. All in all, we had a great stay!'

'Stayed here after an overnight flight from the US prior to our cruise boarding the next afternoon. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged a private car from the airport (shout out to Luca for his excellent service). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and bars within easy walking distance. The walk to our ship is 20 minutes. Highly recommend this lovely place. '
