'The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. The restaurant on premises did not serve any budget triendly food (it was on the menu but all those options were out) Raw unfinished looking windowsills with no net curtains but with a beautiful view'

'We love this place and hope to return! The kind proprietor met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage. The room is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station; the train ride to and from Rome takes about an hour. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with interesting contemporary art throughout. 'Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and bedding and very close to Largo della Pace where we picked up a shuttle to our Princess cruise--perfect! Also had some great pizza at a place recommended to us by Luca--All the employees greeted us and showed us to our room and how to work the AC and we felt quite welcomed! A small hotel but perfect before a cruise!'

'Adorable quaint apartment suite, very clean and fresh, close to grocery store and downtown where your able to access ATMs. Although due to not having wifi access was not able to access the whatsapp needed to recieve messages from host for entry. I needed to use roaming from my privider to call for.help. I would definitely recommend staying here just ensure you have access to wifi or entry codes before arrival. Thank you for this very nice experience '

'Frederica was the BEST hostess EVER! So nice and so very helpful! The balcony view was gorgeous! The room had everything anyone would need and Frederica’s breakfast was fantastic!!!! The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we only had one night to stay before our cruise.'

'The property was in a great area, near the waterfront. There were a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was amazingly helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport to the property, as well as transportation to the port after our stay.'

'Big spacious clean room. Room was quiet despite being in the center of town. Central location between train station and cruise shuttle drop off/pickup site. Lots of restaurants nearby. Claudia was an extremely gracious and helpful host. She was flexible and arranged breakfast to accommodate our excursion schedules. We stayed four days between cruises and having previously visited Rome, explored the surrounding countryside.'
