'The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. The restaurant on premises did not serve any budget triendly food (it was on the menu but all those options were out) Raw unfinished looking windowsills with no net curtains but with a beautiful view'

'This was an unusual property/experience. The main door is located on a busy street in a sketchy area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans). As there is no on-site staff, pre-check-in is handled through email, including passport submittal, etc. We arrived on Saturday morning in time to return a rental car before they closed at noon. 'The room was so clean and so comfortable! A/C works great and the staff was so sweet! A little difficult to find because the signage was small and different from what we are used to in America. But our Google Maps took us straight to the location, you just have to know what to look for! '

'Staying here was an incredible experience! Loris and Ambra are perfect hosts. Loris helped me arrange transportation to and from the hotel - and he carried all of our bags to and from the hotel! Ambra kept us in good food and coffee. We didn't meet Rita, but we ate her delicious cakes. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs! I would give them a higher rating if I could!
The room has an incredible view of the waterfront, and the hotel is beautifully placed near the downtown...
