I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. 'We love this hotel! Our daughter is in the UOP Dental program which is right next door to this hotel. This is our favorite hotel of all places. The rooms are very clean. The decor and layout of the rooms are nicely done. I love the motorized drapes that open and close. The view for the higher floors see beautiful. The staff is very professional. Very high quality furnitures the beds are soft and fluffy. Thank you to all the staff!'

'The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubic hairs in the shower, and the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, there is no parking available on the premises, which was very inconvenient.'
