Upscale Fully Renovated Biltmore Penthouse

  • Vakantie waar ooit grootheid leefde! Deze residentie was voor het laatst in bezit van een werper van de Diamondbacks World Series-kampioen! Tijdens de renovatie hebben we aan alles gedacht en elk mogelijk detail is toegevoegd met uw comfort in gedachten!

    Het appartement is gelegen in een beveiligd en privégebouw van 24 eenheden met ondergrondse parkeergarage en beveiliging. De grote lift in de garage brengt u naar de 4e verdieping. Ga een nu volledig open vloer in met stijgende 13 voet hoge plafonds. Er is een grote keuken met een enorm eiland met wijnkoelkast en op maat gemaakte kasten van vloer tot plafond. Smelt weg op de extra grote, naar beneden gevulde, sectionele terwijl je je favoriete Netflix-show op de 65 inch televisie kijkt die direct boven de gashaard is gemonteerd voor die koele woestijnavonden. Geniet van uitzicht op de stad en de bergen vanuit het appartement en vanaf het eigen balkon. Er is een grote master suite met een kingsize bed en nog een 65 inch tv. Achter de schuifdeur bevindt zich een dubbele wastafel, een enorme hoofdkast met veel opbergruimte, op maat gemaakte kasten met laden en een grote spiegel. Het privé-toilet heeft een ruime inloopdouche met meerdere nissen, een grote bank en 3 verschillende regendouchekoppen, waarvan er een afneembaar is. De logeerkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een 55-inch tv en een grote inloopkast. Het gastbad bevindt zich naast de deur en het beschikt ook over een douche, bad en meerdere nissen, met meer regendouchekoppen. Voor uw gemak is er een full-size wasmachine en droger in het appartement. Dit appartement ligt op loopafstand van Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, het wereldberoemde Biltmore Fashion Square, evenals vele andere luxe winkels en eetgelegenheden. Een korte rit van Phoenix Sky Harbor, ASU, Scottsdale, het centrum van Phoenix, Spring Training games, The Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Spring en Fall Break evenementen, dit appartement ligt dicht bij alles! Great place to stay for a lovely vacation. The beds are comfortable. Very clean. We had minor issues and the host, Daniele was extremely a tentative and there to help.

This was a really nice condo in a great area of Phoenix. Host was very attentive before and during our stay.. Condo had everything we needed for our family including an infant. Would stay here again!

This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! It was a great place to stay with my wife and 12 year old son. Pool and hot tub was a nice extra. Danielle was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home - will be our go to when we come back!

Danielle's place was stunning. It was immaculately clean and there was plenty of space for our family. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and we loved the location/proximity to everything. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We will definitely rebook when we are back in Phoenix.

One month of perfection

It was a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. Danielle and her husband were a phone call away when we needed something. It was the best stay we have had in the past years coming to Arizona.

Very nice condo

What a nice place to stay. Clean, fairly close to things, and we would stay again. One of the shower heads didn’t work correctly in master shower. There is one key to get into everything so that can get tricky if you all don’t want to go together. Overall this was a great place to stay with all the essential things a person would need!

Danielle was great with responding to my initial questions of the property. It was very clean and updated nicely. The location, phenomenal & convenience of the elevator and staircase right there, parking garage and pool all very close. For groceries, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Frys, just a mile away. Can’t say enough great things to our stay & this location. We even Waymo car back to the airport, for the first time, and super slick. Thanks Danielle!

Christmas 2024

We had a great first trip to Phoenix! We arrived Christmas day and arrived at the condo and found the condo not too far from the airport.Location Location Location - This condo is convenient to everything! It was close to the Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Golf, and downtown Phoenix. There are tons of restaurants nearby.The condo is as nice as the pictures! The artwork was excellent. I thought to myself they should put prices on these for guests to purchase during their stay!Bedrooms were large and the kitchen and living area were even larger!The host did an excellent job from the beginning and would recommend this place to anyone!We would stay here again!

Perfect

From check-in to check-out, the owners were on top of everything. The condo is located in a very nice part of Phoenix and close to everything you will need. It is a penthouse unit, so you have quiet, safety and privacy. There is gated parking on the first level of the building and you have a designated place to park. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Beds are great and the showers are phenomenal. Great kitchen. The owners are very quick to respond via text. We loved this VRBO and would definitely stay again when we are in Phoenix.

Wonderful Stay!

What a beautiful place! We really enjoyed our stay here and the location is great. Close to tons of shops and restaurants. Danielle was a gracious host and always quick to respond with any questions I had. Had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check in which was super nice! Everything about this place is extremely comfortable from the beds to the sofa. Beautifully updated bathrooms with very large closets. The gated parking was an added bonus as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location great stay!

This was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place. The owner was very easy to correspond with and Made the check in process seem less. The property is wonderful with all amenities available . This was one of my best stays with VRBO.

Splendid Property & Gracious Owners

It is a Penthouse Condo with a Balcony with a prevailing breeze ! Modern furnishings and contemporary appliances . 🔥 Fireplace when there areccool evenings which there are are .Large screen TV s in every room . Stacked with everything needed for a short or long stay ( a month for me)Commercial washer & dryer Because of Covid i used Whole Foods - two blocks away . for groceries . Great restaurants within delivery distance for special meals . Excellent outside facilities for recreation and barbecues ! And most of all the hospitality of Danielle and Brett . All in All a 5 Star ⭐️ Rating From jli an 85,year old happy wanderer !
