The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the house was so fun. Super spacious backyard that was amazing to lounge in. The host was very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 would recommend staying!

What a neat home! Beautiful property with plenty of things for our multi-generational stay. My mom enjoyed the backyard oasis. We hiked the Mormonhead Trail, and the kids loved playing cornhole, golfing, and lounging on the hammocks. Highly recommend!

Lovely house! Very comfortable for our family and convenient to the airport. We really appreciated the space in the back and all the activities! Wish we had more time to enjoy it, but our stay was short. Convenience to the airport was great!

The home is just as pictured (clean, bright, great backyard). Ryan is a courteous host and popped by to help when the door lock acted up. Nice location with quick access to things in every direction.

The backyard is stunning!! Pictures don’t do it justice! The neighborhood is a lil older and parts ran down but felt safe inside. Was clean for the most part but a few small things could use more attention by cleaning crew. Overall, spacious, beautiful and relaxing home (the bidets were loved by everyone, nice touch !).

Our experience went perfectly! The host was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The backyard layout was phenomenal. The interior was clean, everything was easy to find and the decor was spot on, water pressure was strong, beds were very comfortable. It felt like home.

The house was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we could have wanted! The beds are good and bathroom very nice. The backyard is fun with lots of shade. The neighborhood is varied with million dollar homes close by but the Nextdoor neighbors homes could use some TLC. Don’t let that affect your decision to stay here- it’s a great place and a great host! A/C worked great -

We had a wonderful stay at The Hummingbird House in Phoenix while attending a family wedding at The Farm at South Mountain. The location was perfect—just a couple of miles from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for wedding events and activities.The house was immaculate and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated in the Phoenix heat. The beds were super comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.One of our favorite parts of the property was the beautiful yard. It was a pure delight to spend time outdoors, and we even made friends with the neighborhood cat, whom we affectionately named Betty!Ryan was an excellent host and communicated promptly throughout our stay, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.We would happily stay at The Hummingbird House again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.This version is warm, personal, and highlights the property's best features while keeping a professional review tone.

Literally a Dream

Every detail was absolutely perfect: the intentionality of each room and it’s theme, the backyard oasis, the spacious yoga room, the equipped kitchen. We brought our own high chair, toddler beds, and potty seat but literally needed nothing else. Felt more like home than our own home does with its mini fruit trees, mini golf, and other assorted treasures to this property.

OMG!! Absolutely Awesome!

This is one of the best stays I've ever had. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment is short, and it's near the airport. There's a state park a short drive away if you wanna go hiking etc. Ryan was very attentive and responsive to all my questions and even shared dining recommendations. The home is very nice and the yard is amazing. It's a great place for the kids to roam, and friends to hang out and play games and lounge around. The hammocks and gazebo were a big hit with our family. We're already discussing plans to return and book again!
