I would have given a better review, but I didn't enjoy my stay due to staff's failure to resolve a reported issue at the beginning of my stay. The shower head was not working, and I ask if it could be looked at. The clerk (Aliyah) assured me that she would send someone to my room to inspect it, which she never did. The next day, same thing, no one was ever sent to fix the shower. I mention this again to the clerk Aliyah and no response. I ended up having to use the hand attachment the entire stay. At check out 2 days later, I mentioned this issue to her again, and she failed to apologize nor ofter me any credit towards my stay. Lastly, as a Sheraton member, I asked her if I received my daily credit for my food/drinks for the day, and she stated Yes. As I was leaving, I checked the charges on my bill and noticed that she did not enter the daily credit, and I had to return back to the hotel and spoke with another clerk who confirmed that I did not receive the credit, and she refunded the amount and reissued me a final check-out receipt. As a Sheraton Hotel, I expected the concern with the shower to be addressed immediately, and it wasn't. My organization paid a lot of money to have Sheraton host a two-day event including reservations for several hundreds guests. I was not happy with the lack of response to a simple concern. Nobody ever stopped by the room to inspect the shower, the staff did not call or ask how to make my stay better or even offer me a different room.
