To comply with legal requirements and building security rules, all guests must complete our verification process. This may include:



Providing a valid government-issued photo ID



Confirming contact details



Supplying a valid credit card in the same name as the ID



Completing our verification portal

Before Check-In

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement. By booking, you agree to:

• Be bound by our rental terms & conditions

• Provide valid ID and matching credit card before check-in

• Complete a background check if required by the building or property manager

• Understand that check-in instructions will be released only after verification is complete



Repeated violations may require local law enforcement involvement. Guests removed for policy violations will be responsible for related expenses.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval (max 2 pets – dogs or cats only).



Pet fee:

1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



✔ No weight limit, but restricted breeds include: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

❗ Unauthorized pets: $500 fee



Noise & Security

• Noise monitors are installed (measure decibel levels only – no audio recording). Tampering will result in a fee.

• Security cameras are in hallways for safety.

• Only one key fob will be issued per group for building access.
