This property has a brand new Pentair Pool Heater and Chiller to ensure the pool is warm enough or cool enough during your stay (Yes, pools in Arizona can get up to 95 degrees from May to September, so don't get stuck renting a home without a Pool Chiller during summer months!)

This Arcadia Phoenix home is in a prime location for nightlife, the best restaurants, shopping, and has great access to the airport and highway to get you anywhere in the city quickly!

Enjoy the private pool and backyard oasis which features 8 lounge chairs, a double shaded chaise lounger, multiple umbrellas, a large grassy area for cornhole / bags games, and a large covered patio with dining table, adjustable Smart TV, foosball table and dart board.

BEDROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms are tastefully curated with clean and modern pieces, extremely comfortable bedding and mattresses, wall mounted TVs (either Smart TV or linked to an Apple TV device). The three bathrooms are beautifully updated and tiled.

The master bedroom has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and dual headed shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom sleeps up to four people as it has both a king bed and a queen sized custom-made sleeper sofa.

A third bathroom is just steps away from bedrooms 2 and 3!

The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed & twin over twin bunk beds and is also set up to sleep 4.

LIVING SPACES
The home boasts of a large white subway tiled kitchen, complete with top of the line Viking appliances and stocked with all the tools and smaller appliances for your cooking endeavors. The kitchen, dining, and living space flow together in an open floorplan with leather and wood accents. The dining table has comfortable seating for 10 and the kitchen island has 3 bar stools.

The living room boasts a huge 75 inch smart TV, very comfortable leather couches, a soundbar for great quality sound whether watching TV / Movies or listening to bluetooth music, and over 15 board games for family entertainment (stored inside the entertainment center)

Ceiling fans are installed throughout the home and also on the covered back patio. Enjoy eating dinner outside, relaxing on the outdoor sectional couch and watching a movie, or catching some rays in the plethora of lounge chairs and pool floaties. The home is equipped with a new washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and YOUTUBE TV in the living room, patio and in each bedroom.

-Pool heating or chilling is optional for an additional cost of $50/night or $250/week. Pool heating is not available when nighttime temperatures dip below 45 degrees F. Pool heating / chilling cannot be purchased per night and must be purchased for the entire length of stay.
