In this home, you'll find 4 beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom has one king bed, while the second bedroom has one queen. The two remaining bedrooms are filled with bunk beds. The third bedroom has two full-over-full bunk beds (total of 4 full size beds) and a smart TV, while the last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunks (4 twin beds total).

All of the bathrooms in this home are modern and freshly designed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs; one with two sinks, a toilet, and walk-in shower, and the other with two sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the common area bathroom has a sink & toilet only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 12 people. There is also additional dining space located in the kitchen (6 more seats) & lots of space all throughout the backyard for outdoor dining.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
