Maison trÚs privée de 5 chambres située prÚs de l'intersection de Shea et Hayden sur un terrain d'un acre avec une belle piscine (chauffage disponible), un bain à remous et un green pour les golfeurs! Idéalement situé à quelques miles du centre-ville de Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch, McCormick Ranch et Kierland / Scottsdale Quarter. Ce plan d'étage divisé a deux chambres de maßtre avec lits king size et une grande salle de bains privative. La maison a une exposition Nord / Sud sans HOA restrictif sur ce terrain de coin acre pour la plus grande intimité. Aussi, apportez vos voitures, nous avons un garage de 3 voitures attaché à votre disposition.

Was a very large house to accommodate our large family but they had air conditioner locked so could not go under 72 setting which made house still 76 to 80 degrees depending how hot it was outside. Front door should have security lock once your inside so small children can't get out. Toilet in master would keep running if you didnt pull handle back up.

Received an email the day before warning ys that the neighbors were working people whi dud not want ANY disturbance. There were no young people in our group so I found the warning rude. Check out time was 10 am at 9:45 the owner/cleaning people arrived. RRuseAfain R

Outstanding

We were in town a week for our daughter‘s wedding. This house was perfect for our entire family, including our one-year-old grandson. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious, and we enjoyed every second. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property.

small middle bedroom between the master and the third bedroom-- the carpet was drenched WET, smelled like raw sewage, there were blowers in the garage, apparently the property owner was aware of this,, the master bath shower drain was plugged and filled up the beautiful tile floor , took about 4 hours to drain. Did not use it after the first shower had to use other showers.

Spacious and well equipt

This house had everything we could have possibly needed for our family. From chef kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries, and space. The two primary rooms were great. The layout of the house made sense. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings. Played pool and swam in the afternoon. Mark was quick to resolve our issue with the A/C when one side of the house kicked off. The next morning, we had someone out working on it and that afternoon we had it working again. Anything we encountered with cleanliness during our stay was not a deal breaker like some other places we've stayed at. I'd stay here again no hesitation.

Friends trip

We enjoyed the property. Great space for group of 5 so we all had our own bedrooms. Good kitchen space for making meals. We spent most of the time at the house on the patio and at the pool. Nice relaxing space outside with plenty of shade and sun to enjoy the Valley.

Spacious comfortable convenient

The house was perfect for our family while we were in Phoenix for my Mom's funeral for 3 nights. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating and bathrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Lots of options for guests in the back yard. Garage for parking. But there are no hooks or bars for towels in the second master bathroom.

Excellent value for great Scottsdale location!

This is a very nice single-story home with no stairs so it was great for my young kids and aging parents, it had a very nice backyard and we had the pool heated and we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard including the collection of cool birds that showed up early in the morning
 it was close to just about everything, within a few minutes, you could be at grocery stores, movie, theaters, topgolf was only 10 minutes away, everything was close. The house is a little older and in need of some minor repairs but it doesn’t affect the rental for what we are there for. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and no complaints from us!
